Mikhaylova Svetlana

Deputy General Director, Chief Human Resources Officer

Graduated from the Faculty of Economics of Chernomyrdin Moscow State Regional University in 1999 (the university was renamed into Moscow State Machine-Building University (MAMI) in 2012). Also graduated from the Faculty of Psychology of the Lomonosov Moscow State University in 2003.

From 2001 to 2013, Svetlana worked as Head of the Human Ressources Department at Commercial Bank "Rosavtobank", then at Joint-Stock Bank Investment Banking Group "Nikoil", and after that, at Uralsib Financial Corporation.

In the period from 2013 to 2017, she headed the Human Resources Directorate of Buket Group.

From 2018 to 2019, she worked as Chief Human Resources Officer at Joint-Stock Company "System Operator of the Unified Energy System".

In total, she has been working in the field of Human Resources Management for more than 20 years.

Since September 2019, Svetlana has been Deputy General Director and Chief Human Resources Officer at JSC EPM-MANAGEMENT.
