From 2006 to 2008 – head of the Organization Development Department of the Aluminous Division of MC RUSAL

In 2012 – 2013 – Director of Center for Metrology, Testing and Occupational Safety, CJSC –subsidiary of Kirovsky zavod, OJSC

From 2008 to 2013 – head of the HR Service at Kirovsky zavod, OJSC

In 2017 – 2020 – HR and Organization Development Director at Kriogenmash, PJSC
