Managing Director of JSC EPM-NEP.
Sergey Elkov has worked at the Novosibirsk Electrode Plant of EPM Group for twelve years as Technical Director, as Chief Engineer and as Investment Project Director.
From December 2014 to April 2018, he was employed as Chief Engineer and as Technical Director at CJSC "NEVP-Ceramics".
He graduated from Novosibirsk State Technical University with a degree in Engineering, Machine-Building Technologies.
